Using the Mediator to Frame Possible Solutions

As the sixth module in New York Law School's film, "Representing Clients in Mediation" - "Using the Mediator to Frame Possible Solutions" demonstrates, it can be wise to ask the mediator for new ideas and effective to have the mediator propose a solution (even if the idea comes from you).

An idea or a solution may be better received if it comes from the mediator. Mediators are a resource. Use them.
