Fixing "Unfixable" Errors in Arbitration Awards

While mechanisms exist to address judicial error, an arbitrator who has rendered a final award has no power - with minor exceptions - to act further, even to correct a serious error. So, what's a party to do? I wrote about this for the New York Law Journal.
