​Built into most court rules, but not a feature of arbitration rules (at least not yet), motions for reconsideration are a powerful option that Jack has personally seen utilized to positive effect.

He encourages arbitral institutions to consider either making such motions available as an option in their rules, or at least to help educate stakeholders of their existence.
