Jack P. Levin
Arbitrator and Mediator
In the first part of his legal career, Jack Levin litigated in courts and arbitral forums throughout the United States. In 2001, while a partner at Covington & Burling LLP, he served as acting head of litigation (North America) for UBS Warburg. Since retiring from Covington, he been a full-time, independent neutral. He has arbitrated over 100 matters and mediated hundreds more, serving in administered and ad hoc matters in the U.S. and internationally under rules of numerous arbitral and mediation institutions. He mediates pro bono for federal and state courts. He also serves in mock arbitrations and consults in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution.
